Through the Art Deco lobby of The Evelyn hotel, our cocktail and oyster bar was recently named one of Esquire’s Best Bars in America, 2024. Look for bright takes on classic cocktails, raw bar and seafood-driven small plates. The glamorous bar room  marries the spirit of the roaring 20s with the convivial attitude of mid-century cocktail parties, sharing the timelessness of a warm welcome, a well-made drink, a freshly shucked oyster - and a good time.
