Through the Art Deco lobby of The Evelyn hotel, our cocktail and oyster bar was recently named one of Esquire’s Best Bars in America, 2024. Look for bright takes on classic cocktails, raw bar and seafood-driven small plates. The glamorous bar room marries the spirit of the roaring 20s with the convivial attitude of mid-century cocktail parties, sharing the timelessness of a warm welcome, a well-made drink, a freshly shucked oyster - and a good time.

  • Yes. The Tusk Bar is our take on a hotel bar that's both contemporary and classic in feel. It is a cocktail and oyster bar open daily from 4 pm.
    BRASS is our newly opened restaurant located through the bar. It is a New York brasserie in a grand dining room, with a distinct menu and experience. BRASS is open Monday through Saturday from 5 pm. Both can be booked individually via Resy.
