Tusk Bar
Set in the lobby of The Evelyn Hotel, our cocktail and oyster barârecently named one of Esquireâs Best Bars in Americaâoffers bright takes on classic cocktails alongside a raw bar and seafood-driven small plates. The glamorous space blends the spirit of the roaring â20s with the ease of mid-century cocktail parties: a warm welcome, a well-made drink, a freshly shucked oyster, and a good time.
Open nightly, 4 PM to midnight

Yes. The Tusk Bar is our take on a hotel bar that's both contemporary and classic in feel. It is a cocktail and oyster bar open daily from 4 pm.
BRASS is our newly opened restaurant located through the bar. It is a New York brasserie in a grand dining room, with a distinct menu and experience. BRASS is open Monday through Saturday from 5 pm. Both can be booked individually via Resy. -
Located in a landmark Art Deco building (est. 1903) on 27th Street, our spaces include two bars, a grand 70 seat restaurant, an intimate bar lounge and a private dining room. To learn more or inquire, please visit our Events Page.
